Assistant Principal, 6th Grade

Charles Hall will serve as the 6th Grade Assistant Principal at Tomball Intermediate School. With 21 years of experience in education, Charles has taught at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels. He earned a bachelor's degree in Special Education from Baylor University and a master's degree in Educational Administration from Sam Houston State University.  With over a decade in school administration, he has served as an assistant principal and campus principal. He is thrilled to be starting his first year at Tomball Intermediate School and is excited to be a part the amazing team at TIS focused on building relationships with students that will guide them to success inside and outside the classroom.

Dr. Paloma Moreno

Dr. Paloma Moreno

Assistant Principal, 5th Grade

Dr. Paloma Moreno serves as the 5th Grade Assistant Principal at Tomball Intermediate School. She is entering her 13th year in public education, all in Tomball ISD. During this time, she has served in various roles including classroom teacher, Instructional Specialist, and for the last four years as an Assistant Principal at Rosehill Elementary. She loves being a part of Team TIS that focuses on learning and growing for all students and is passionate about providing personalized instruction to meet every student's needs in order to succeed. Dr. Moreno received her Bachelors degree in Bilingual Education, her Masters degree in Administration, and her Doctorate degree in Professional Leadership all from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!). She is excited to begin a new adventure at Tomball Intermediate this year and begin an amazing year of learning!

Sarah Heinrich

Sarah Heinrich

Counselor, 5th Grade

Sarah Heinrich is the 5th Grade Counselor for Tomball Intermediate School. She is entering her 6th year as an educator and is honored to spend her third year as a School Counselor at TIS. Mrs. Heinrich graduated from SHSU with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and elementary teaching certification in 2002 and earned a M.Ed. in Counseling with an EC-12 school counseling certification in 2008 from the University of Houston. She's excited about a new school year and looking forward to supporting the students and families at TIS!
