Physical Activity Challenge: 

Alright Cougars, we are going to change the pace a little.  We want you to try this yoga video.  If you have the ability to take this outside, maybe in your backyard, or somewhere that is somewhat quiet and peaceful, it would be best.  If not, just try to do this video in a quiet room. 

Yoga can be done throughout your life.  It is extremely helpful for flexibility.  Which for you athletes…..it can really help with prevention of injury.
