This one is similar to the one you guys had a week ago.  It is more challenging than the other, so please feel free to pause the video if you need to.  It goes through the same format as the other, with dance, workout, yoga and meditation. Alright Cougars, we are going to change the pace a little.  We want you to try this yoga video.  If you have the ability to take this outside, maybe in your backyard, or somewhere that is somewhat quiet and peaceful, it would be best.  If not, just try to do this video in a quiet room. 

Yoga can be done throughout your life.  It is extremely helpful for flexibility.  Which for you athletes…..it can really help with prevention of injury.
